Returns Policy

Return deadline - Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days after receiving the product.
Please note that we may not be able to accept returns if the deadline has passed.
・We only accept returns of unused products.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if the item is damaged or soiled by the customer.
Return shipping costs : If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
If the product is defective, we will cover the shipping costs.

About delivery and shipping charges

About the shipping company Ordered items will be delivered by Yamato Transport's Takkyubin, Takkyubin Compact, or Nekopos.
*You cannot specify the shipping company.
Delivery time of your ordered items Orders received by 9:59 on weekdays will be shipped on the same day. However, if there are a lot of orders, it may take some time to ship to some areas, such as Okinawa and remote islands. After shipping is complete, we will send you a shipping completion email with the tracking number, so please check the delivery date and time and delivery status directly through Yamato Transport's Kuroneko Yamato parcel inquiry system.
Changing your delivery address Please contact us using the inquiry form , specifying the following items:
・Name of the person placing the order
- Product name or order number
・Changed shipping address, phone number, and name

You can also use the "Hold at Office" option, which allows you to receive your package at the Yamato Transport office of your choice. However, depending on the timing of your contact, we may not be able to change the delivery address, and delivery may be delayed by a few days from the scheduled date. Thank you for your understanding.
Receiving your product Please collect your parcel within 7 days of the date of shipment from our shop. You can check the delivery status of your item using the "Inquiry slip number" provided in the shipping completion email we will send you in advance. For details, please refer to Yamato Transport's parcel inquiry system. If you are not at home, Yamato Transport will post a "Notice of Absence" in your mailbox. Please be sure to collect your parcel within the storage period.
If the product is returned The product will be returned to our shop in the following cases:
If the delivery address is unknown
If you have moved
- If you are unable to receive the parcel within the storage period set by Yamato Transport due to an extended absence or other reasons.

We will redeliver returned items one time only. If you would like to do so, please contact us using the inquiry form . In the case of redelivery, to ensure that the item is delivered to you, we will add the round-trip shipping fee + administrative fee and deliver the item by courier service. Also, we may not be able to accommodate your request for redelivery depending on the date you wish for redelivery. Thank you for your understanding.
