Cancellation policy

Some products in our store may be sold as subscriptions, pre-orders or trials before you buy. This cancellation policy tells you how to change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries of your products. These are based on the length and frequency of the subscription you select.
We store your payment details securely and charge you for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the subscription period. If you no longer want your subscription to renew, you can cancel it.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation email contains a link to your order, where you can manage your subscription.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is out of stock or that is not yet in stock but will be available soon. We may not collect payment or a partial payment at checkout, store your payment method, ship at a later date, and charge you the full or remaining amount.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you can request full and partial refunds. For more information regarding returns and refunds, please see our Returns Policy.
Try before you buy
If you purchase a try before you buy item, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling your order. You will have a certain amount of time to decide whether you want to reserve the item. If the item has not been returned after this period, we will charge your payment method the full amount.
